VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Ballet San Jose has a variety of fun and rewarding volunteer opportunities available year-round. Marketing assistants, organizational personnel, booth staff for farmer's markets and street fairs, other positions. Flexible part-time hours. Also needed are people who enjoy children and are interested in appearing (in costume) as Nutcracker characters in parades, at shopping centers and for special events. Especially needed are volunteers with the following measurements: Men 5'8" to 6'2" tall with waist sizes 30 to 36 and maximum chest size of 44". Also women approximately 5'6" to 5'10" with waist sizes 33"-35" and maximum chest sizes of 38"-40".

JOIN THE BALLET SAN JOSE COUNCIL

The Ballet Council is a group of volunteers and ballet enthusiasts who meet monthly. The Ballet Council supports the Ballet by hosting the annual Ballet Ball, running the Ballet Boutique in the theater, and organizing other special events to benefit the Ballet.
